Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging that are returned within 14 days of purchase (except balms)Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us at hello@thedarlingarden.com with your order number and details about the issue.
    2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
    3. Upon receipt, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we’ve made an error with your order.
